Today it is 15 degrees celsius. The coastal areas are flooding because the snow is melting rapidly here. I'm wearing shorts and sandals.
It's also Valborgsafton, the day before 1 May. Traditionally a fire, majbrasa, is made. In Kiruna, this is done at the foot of the Luossavaara hill. I went there. I had never seen such a big crowd in Kiruna. But the fire itself was awful.
